Winter Goose

Brent Goose
The first Brent Goose of the autumn was on the Wader Pool today. Very confiding and hungrily eating the saltmarsh plants after its long flight (?).

Spotted Flycatchers

Spotted Flycatcher
On Monday we saw 2 Spotted Flycatchers near the stile at Castle Water hide, and the picture was taken in the bushes at the south western end of Castle Water where there were 4.
