Rye Harbour Sightings
3rd March 2010, WednesdayHighlights this morning included 400+ Black-headed Gull and 10 Mediterranean Gull on Ternery Pool, a Bittern, three Marsh Harrier and a Kingfisher from the viewpoint, and two Scaup on Long Pit. In addition, Flat Beach held a good range of birds including 300+ Lapwing, 79 Golden Plover, and small numbers of Knot and Grey Plover.
