Rye Harbour Sightings

Highlights today included a Bittern on Narrow Pit, three Scaup (two drake) on Long Pit and the Spotted Redshank on Ternery Pool. In addition, a female Marsh Harrier was seen in flight over Castle Farm, while Flat Beach Level/Wader Pool held small numbers of Knot and Grey Plover and a few Fieldfare and a pair of Goldeneye were on Harbour Farm.

RSPB Dungeness access update

The ARC site is now open but the main track to the Visitor Centre remains closed to vehicles.
