9th February 2010, TuesdayHighlights over the past few days have included ringtail Hen Harrier, 2 Raven, Marsh Harrier and Merlin in flight over Flat Beach Level/Quarry, the Spotted Redshank and Slavonian Grebe continue to show well from Parkes Hide at Ternery Pool. At least 420 Curlew have been roosting on Harbour Farm pools and 5 Scaup and a Bittern were on nearby Long Pit. The Bittern continues to show infront of the hide at Castle water.
