A couple of Hours at Glynde Gap

9th November 2009, Monday

I spent this afternoon on the top of the sea cliffs at Glynde Gap, it made a nice change to go somewhere different, and not being blown inside out, like l was yesterday at Pett Level, where l saw 2 Marsh Harriers, 1male and 1cream head. Not much else apart the usual ducks and waders. But this afternoon was alot better with 2,B.T.Divers moving east, 2,Purple Sands, with 20,Turnstone also 1,Redshank, 9,Osytercatchers. Also a Sparrow Hawk and a Marsh Harrier ( cream head) flying over St Leonards. Good Bird watching Pete.
