RSPB Dungeness Nature Reserve
5th November 2009, ThursdayTwo glossy ibis returned to the reserve on the lakes near Boulderwall Farm. A great white egret was on Denge marsh and a cattle egret on the ARC pit. Two bittern were seen today one flying at New Excavations and one at Denge marsh. Also two Mediterranean gull were on Burrowes pit. Finally four Bewick’s swan were on the ARC pit.
