Shingle Pools
28th August 2009, FridayA fine selection of grasshoppers and crickets were found in short and long grass around several small shingle pools on the Beach Reserve this afternoon, Grey Bush Cricket , Short-winged Conehead, Mottled, Lesser Marsh and Field Grasshopper were found. Seperating Slender and Cepero’s Groundhoper also provided interest.
