Beach Reserve
16th June 2009, TuesdayThe Grey seal that has been lingering offshore recently was again out from Crittall Hide, this morning it had caught what appeared to be a Salmon/Sea Trout. I managed to grab a few pics through bins as the seal munched its way through the huge fish, Herring and Black-headed Gulls quickly gathered on the scene to glean any rich pickings. The two Roseate Terns that have frequented Ternery Pool over the past few days were again fishing offshore and showing well in flight from Crittall Hide.
