DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION 2009
Organised jointly by the Rye and District Camera Club and Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, this competition is all about showing off our local countryside and wildlife of Rye and the surrounding countryside from Hastings to Hythe.
The competition is for digital images only; separate entry categories cover all age groups with a separate category for Camera Club members. The winning entries, together with runners up in all categories, will be printed and form a significant part of a Countryside and Wildlife Exhibition being organised by the Rye and District Camera Club. This will be held on Saturday 23rd May 2009 at the Adult Education Centre, Lion Street, Rye as part of the 2009 Wildlife Festival Week. All entries will be projected. Winning entries will also be displayed on the RXWildlife.org.uk website. In addition, winners will receive a framed print of their winning image and certificates will be awarded for all winners, runners up and highly commended images.
