Eagle?

Phil Newton just called from Doleham to say that a huge bird of prey had just circled over his house before flying on towards Hastings. A Buzzard was soaring nearby and was very much smaller!
I heard at least a month ago of an escaped Golden Eagle at Boreham Street, but there seem to have been no further reports of that one.
