Rye Harbour Sightings
2nd December 2007, SundayA very wet and windy morning meant that species seemed to be keeping their heads down! However, the two Long-tailed Duck (below) were still present on Long Pit, fairly close in at the western end, as was a male Goldeneye (with a further three female/immature on Harbour Farm), while a Peregrine was hunting over Castle Water late morning.
