Reptile survey and others
Every morning I check about 50 heat traps (50cm. squares of roofing felt) to monitor the reptile population on Rye Harbour Farm. Slow Worm (below) and Common Lizard are recorded daily, but so are many snails and beetles, most interestingly hundreds of Bombardier Beetles (see here).
