Beach Reserve

Highlights today have been, 92 Curlew and 4 Green Sandpiper early morning on the pools behind Ternery Pool. 21 Corn Bunting, 63 Skylark and 4 Brambling inflight over Lime Kiln Cottage. 43 Brent Geese and 7 Grey Partridge were on Flat Beach.

News from RSPB Dungeness

At about 8:30 in the morning a bittern was seen flying from Makepeace hide towards the New Excavations, flocks of redwing and fieldfare were seen feeding in the scrub around Christmas Dell hide and a kingfisher was reported.
