News from RSPB Dungeness
20th August 2006, SundayToday’s highlight were eight garganey on Denge Marsh.
Common, green and wood sandpiper were all seen on the ARC pit.
Raptor-wise a marsh harrier and a female sparrowhawk were seen on the reserve.
Plenty of sand martins and yellow wagtails are still on the move.
