11th August 2006, FridayThere is a flock of around 80 House Sparrow hanging around Lime Kiln Cottage or Harbour Farm at the moment. I was amazed to see a male trying to eat a Eyed Hawk-moth caterpilar which was huge. After struggling for sometime, and reducing the caterpillar in size it went down a treat.
