The last couple of days have been quiet with only a trickle of commoner migrants. The first sign of the regular reedbed roost was on Thursday when 150+ Swallow dropped in at dusk. Highlights yesterday were a summer plumage adult Spotted Redshank and two Ruff on the scrape and a single The Orache in the moth trap (the second of the summer).
