Pebsham marsh

17th April 2005, Sunday

At Pebsham marsh which lies to the west of Pebsham tip there were a pair of Gadwall and Shoveler, singing male Cetti’s warbler. A newly arrived Lesser whitethroat was also singing, along with single Chiffchaff and Willow warbler.
At least 3 pairs of Herons are nesting in the wood.
