The first Wheatear and Chiffchaff of the spring were seen but it was otherwise very quiet on the land with just three Collared Doves, three Goldcrests, the regular three Firecrests, four Chaffinches and a Corn Bunting of interest being seen.
The sea was more productive in terms of numbers with six hours watching producing 12 Sandwich Terns along with 116 Red-throated Divers, 21 Fulmars, 165 Gannets, three Shags, 12 Shoveler, 11 Teal, 17 Eider, 70 Common and three Velvet Scoters, 530 Kittiwakes and 2500 auks (mainly Guillemots). Three Mediterranean Gulls were also seen.
